Coaching
A unique opportunity for preachers
Our coaching program is a special program requiring a personal commitment for individual preachers who wish to sharpen their preaching tools to engage in intensive study, preparation and presentation of sermons. Preaching events will occur throughout the program. The coaching program requires a 15-month commitment and a membership at a local church body whose pastor can be reached.
Mentoring
A PERSONALIZED PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS
Our mentoring program is an avuncular program providing an opportunity for any preacher seeking guidance. The mentor program requires a 12-month commitment and a membership at a local church body whose pastor can be reached.
Ministry Teams
A Customized Curriculum for Churches
The training for Ministry Teams is uniquely comprised of multi-layered experiences. The components of the curriculum are developed in collaboration with the church leadership communicating the needs and expectations. Our lead consultant partners with the church leadership and develops a customized plan including features such as dates, goals, and feedback . Ministry Teams will be limited to ten members. Education Teams
a Program focused on teachers
The training for Education Teams is a singular program designed to achieve maximum student learning by empowering teachers with effective classroom management skills and proficiency in teaching literacy content. Workshops and coaching will be drafted in collaboration with campus leadership and our lead consultant. Click here for details
Preaching Mini Camps
A quick refresher on preaching topics
The Preaching Mini Camps are 5 week sessions on various topics important to preaching. The preaching topics are announced and rotated throughout the year. This is a great opportunity to get what you need when you need it. There is a minimal cost for each class in each session. Session topics are listed and modified throughout the year. As a preacher wanting to sharpen your saw, this is an opportunity to do just that.
